What We Do
Preventative Maintenance bids, specifications & contracts
We provide custom specifications for preventative maintenance bids as well as assist with contract negotiations of existing equipment. In addition, we provide solicitation of interested parties, distribution and collection of the bid documents and supervision of any bid process.
Planning, Design, & Renovation
We prepare custom technical specifications for new construction and modernization of existing equipment. In addition, we provide supervision and monitoring of projects from conception to final acceptance.
Preventative Maintenance Evaluations
We prepare detailed reports summarizing the status of your elevator equipment and the effectiveness of the present preventative maintenance program. Our survey and evaluation includes a report of conditions, performance observations, ratings, photos, survey sheets, along with American with Disabilities Act (ADA) survey if required.
