TSI prepares detailed reports summarizing the status of your elevator equipment and the effectiveness of the present preventative maintenance program. Our survey and evaluation includes a report of conditions, performance observations, ratings, photos, survey sheets, along with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) survey if required.
